Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges on full-price merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date, provided items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any existing labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
